🌸 Glame It Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty items cannot be returned once opened. Please review the policy below before placing your order.
💕 Return Window (Unopened Items Only)
- Request a return within 14 days of delivery for unopened and unused items.
- Items must be in their original, sealed packaging with all components included.
- No returns or exchanges for opened or used products (including lightly tried on), especially magnetic lashes, lash tools, and kits.
📦 How to Start a Return
- Email support@glameit.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item/packaging.
- If eligible, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
- Items sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
🧡 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@glameit.com with clear photos or a short video. Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or refund, and we’ll cover reasonable return postage where the issue is on our side.
🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return
- Opened or used magnetic lashes, magnetic eyeliners, adhesives, lash tools, or any product that has contacted the eye area.
- Products not in original packaging or missing components.
- Sale/clearance items and gift cards.
- Items returned without prior authorization (no RMA).
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
- For change-of-mind returns (unopened), the customer pays return postage. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For defective/damaged/wrong items, Glame It covers return or replacement shipping.
🔁 Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to place a new order after your return is approved.
💳 Refunds
- We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact support@glameit.com.
🌍 European Union Customers
If your order ships into the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for unopened goods. This right does not apply to sealed beauty items once their hygiene seal is broken (e.g., opened magnetic lashes or eyeliner).
🇳🇿 New Zealand & 🇦🇺 Australia Customers
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
