All orders are lovingly packed and shipped from Auckland, New Zealand. Orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, new-product launches, or sales events. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details.

Standard Tracked Shipping

Free Shipping

  • Automatically applied on orders NZ $80 and up

All NZ orders are shipped via NZ Post Courier or Aramex NZ, depending on location. Rural or remote addresses may take a few extra days for delivery.

We ship to selected international destinations. As we are based in New Zealand, international shipping costs vary depending on your location.
